The wine has a beautiful golden yellow color of good intensity. Intense tropical fruit: pineapple, mango and peach, with delicate lemons and mineral hints. The mouth shows a concentrated and round start of a good balance that leads to a fresh and persistent aftertaste. The vineyard is located near the Andes mountains at an altitude of about 1200m. The soils are of alluvial origin, loose and highly permeable structure. Special pruning, irrigation and awning management to obtain a balanced vineyard providing high quality grapes. Harvesting is done entirely manually around the end of February, beginning of March. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature with selected yeast.
